Poland / Polska
Two ways to ship to Poland: our Polish courier partner (cheapest, leaves every Saturday) or Royal Mail (sent straight away from the UK).

Polish courier options: order by Friday 7pm to catch the Saturday dispatch. For post office, parcel locker or Paczkomat, enter the pick-up point (name or code + address) and your phone number in the order note at checkout.
Kurier w Polsce: zamów do piątku do 19:00, żeby załapać się na sobotnią wysyłkę. Przy odbiorze w placówce, automacie lub Paczkomacie wpisz punkt odbioru (nazwa lub kod + adres) i numer telefonu w uwagach do zamówienia.

UK delivery times are counted from the day you order and already include our 1–2 day dispatch. Working days are Monday to Friday; orders placed at the weekend or on a bank holiday count from the next working day.
Orders outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes charged by the destination country. These are payable by the recipient and are not refunded if you return the items.
All parcels are sent tracked with Royal Mail, up to 2 kg, with compensation cover up to £250.
Particularly heavy orders may incur an additional delivery charge. If so, we will let you know the extra cost before dispatch and you can cancel the order free of charge.
