Loyalty Program

📄Loyalty Program – Terms & Conditions

  1. Participation
    All registered customers are automatically enrolled in the loyalty program upon making a purchase.

  2. Earning Points
    Customers receive 10 loyalty points for every full £100 spent (excluding shipping and discounts).

  3. Reward Conversion
    50 points = 10% off your next purchase. The discount is applied to the total order value.

  4. Points Expiry
    Points expire after 12 months from the date they were earned. Reminders are sent via email (2 months & 2 weeks before expiry).

  5. Coupon Expiry
    Once issued, coupons must be used within 6 months.

  6. Restrictions

  • Coupons cannot be combined with other promotions

  • No cash value

  • Only one reward coupon can be applied per order
