I am yet to receive my order. What should I do?
If your item has been dispatched and the selected delivery time has passed, please email us at info@style2fetch.com . We will liaise with the couriers and inform you of your order's whereabouts. If our courier has lost the item, we will send you a free replacement. -
Will I be charged customs and import duties?
No customs fees are charged for deliveries within the UK. However, international deliveries may incur customs fees, and you should confirm this with your courier. -
When will I receive my item, and how can I track delivery?
After confirming your order, we’ll dispatch it within 2-5 business days. Delivery typically takes 2-3 business days, depending on your location and chosen delivery method. Tracking information and an estimated delivery date will be emailed to you for each item dispatched. You can also track your order by visiting the Royal Mail website. -
Have you received my return?
If you have returned the parcel via a trackable service, please track it to see if it has been delivered before contacting us. If the parcel shows as delivered, kindly allow 10-14 working days for us to process your return. -
What are delivery times during the Christmas period?
Style2Fetch will do its utmost to have every order dispatched on time; however, couriers may experience delays during the Christmas period. Please keep this in mind when selecting your delivery method. -
Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Why do designer sizes vary?
International sizes undergo slight variations when converted, and certain designers may create items that fit larger or smaller. We provide specific information for each item to assist our customers. -
What if my item doesn’t fit?
If your item doesn't fit, you can utilize our returns service to return it. If you wish to place another order, you can easily do so online.
Returns

Can I return my item?
Yes, you can return your item within 14 days of receiving it. You may receive a full refund if the item is returned within 14 days; if returned after 14 days, a store credit will be issued (store credit expires after 6 months). Please note that postage costs for returns are not refundable unless items are faulty or not as described. -
How long until you pay me back?
Please allow 10-14 working days for us to process your return after it has been delivered back to us. -
What are the conditions for returning items?
To process your return, items must be:- Unworn and unwashed
- Shoes must show no signs of wear
- Original tags attached
- No make-up stains
- Hygiene seals must remain intact for underwear and swimwear
- Returned in a resaleable condition
Unfortunately, due to hygiene reasons, we cannot refund items such as beauty products, earrings, lenses, or stick-on bras once purchased. If the item is damaged or an incorrect item has been sent, there will be no charge for the return.

Do I need to cover the return shipping costs?
Yes, for returns, the cost of sending the item back will be your responsibility, except in cases where the wrong item was sent or the item is defective.
