Refund Policy for Style2Fetch
Returns Timeframe:
- You may return items within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund. Items returned after this period will not be eligible for a refund.
Condition for Returns: To process a return, ensure the following conditions are met:
- Items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
- Shoes show no signs of wear.
- Original tags are still attached.
- No make-up stains, and hygiene seals remain intact (for underwear or swimwear).
- Items must be returned in a resaleable condition.
Products Purchased at a Discount:
- Items purchased during promotions, sales, or at discounted prices are eligible for return within 14 days, but you will not receive a refund. Instead, you will be issued a store credit (valid for 6 months), which can be used toward future purchases at Style2Fetch on products available in our website or App.
- This store credit will allow you to buy other products available within the boutique during the six-month period.
Return Shipping Costs:
- For regular returns, return shipping costs are covered by the buyer.
- If an item is being returned due to being faulty or incorrectly described, we will cover the return shipping cost, and the original postage costs will also be refunded.

Processing Time: Please allow 10-14 working days after receiving your returned item for us to process your refund or issue a credit note.
Orders Over 2kg: If your order weighs more than 2kg, we will handle the costs and size of the parcel on a case-by-case basis, depending on available shipping options provided by our delivery partners.
